How we handle information submitted through this website.

When you submit the Start a project form we receive the information you choose to provide — including your name, email address, optional company name, project goal, stage, support requirements, timeframe, budget range, contact preference and any URL you choose to share.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and understand what support might be appropriate.

To protect the form from abuse we temporarily record a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and a short user-agent string. We do not retain the raw IP address. This information is used only for rate-limiting and spam prevention.

Enquiry submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond, or for our reasonable business records. You can request deletion at any time.

We do not sell information. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the database and website. Beyond that, we do not share submissions with third parties without your permission.

This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. A short-lived security cookie is set only when you submit the enquiry form; it protects against cross-site request forgery and is deleted when the request completes.
